With the recent jackpot of Mega Millions reaching an all-time high, everyone was thinking about what they would do with that money.  One of the first things I thought to spend my dream winnings on was this.  Though, I should clarify, it wasn’t just ‘a house’, but specifically a house in the Outer Banks (and the flood insurance to go with it!).  OBX has always been a special place for my family, but the drive, cost of gas, and of course cost to stay once you are there has kept us from our favorite place many times.  But to have a place of our own, in our favorite place on earth?  That would be priceless. I’m not really motivated by money often, but should I ever find myself wildly successful financially some day, this is exactly what I’d do.
